SSR’s 59th Annual Meeting
The SSR 2026 Annual Meeting will be held in Indianapolis, IN, from Sunday, July 19, to Wednesday, July 22. This premier event, themed “Back to the Future, Foundational Knowledge for Future Innovations”, will bring together leading experts, researchers, and industry professionals dedicated to advancing reproductive science.
The meeting will be held at the JW Marriott Indianapolis Convention Center, located at 10 S West St, Indianapolis, IN 46204. For more information about the venue, please visit their website.

The discounted room rate of $239 night is available through June 17, 2026, or when rooms sell out. If you are booking by phone, please mention that you are attending the SSR 2026 Annual Meeting to receive the group rate.
SSR has a limited number of rooms at the government per diem rate of $128.00 per night, from July 17 – July 22. ID must be presented at check-in.
SSR has committed to a contracted room block with the hotel. If attendees choose to stay elsewhere and the block is not fulfilled, SSR will face financial penalties that directly impact the organization.
Sharing Accommodations? For anyone requesting two queen beds, please select the number of people on the reservation, list each individual occupant’s name, and specify “sharing beds” under the “Additional Requests” section.
