SSR’s 59th Annual Meeting
The SSR 2026 Annual Meeting will be held in Indianapolis, IN, from Sunday, July 19, to Wednesday, July 22. This premier event, themed “Back to the Future, Foundational Knowledge for Future Innovations”, will bring together leading experts, researchers, and industry professionals dedicated to advancing reproductive science.

The discounted room rate of $239 is available through June 17, 2026, or when rooms sell out. If you are booking by phone, please mention that you are attending the SSR 2026 Annual Meeting to receive the group rate.
SSR has committed to a contracted room block with the hotel. If attendees choose to stay elsewhere and the block is not fulfilled, SSR will face financial penalties that directly impact the organization.

Looking for an opportunity to share your research with hundreds of leading industry scientists and reproductive biologists? The 2026 Program Committee is now accepting Late Breaking abstracts for the SSR 59th Annual Meeting.
Abstract Submission Details
The 2026 late-breaking submissions are for in-person poster presentations only and are not eligible for awards or oral presentations. You must be available to attend the conference to present. We’re welcoming abstracts reporting new basic, clinical, and/or translational research findings in the field of reproduction. You do not need to be a member of SSR to submit an abstract. There are no restrictions on species involved. The deadline to submit a late-breaking abstract is Thursday, May 7, 2026. The deadline will NOT be extended.
